PETRA LINDENBAUER presents works spanning four decades of her ceramic practice. Growing up close to the sculptural work of her father, Alois, shaped her understanding of form and tactility from an early age. Her studies at the Ortweinschule in Graz, together with periods spent in Asia, broadened her perspective on material, function, and ceramic traditions.
Working in dialogue with clay, she creates pieces that preserve the material’s inherent character while allowing the process of their making to remain visible. Material, function, and authenticity define the formal language of her work.
